Q?Can you meet me at the airport?
A.

Yes, we provide this service and we strongly advise this. Just advise us of your exact arrival details and we will have an English speaking driver there to meet you and take you directly to the apartment.

Q?How I will find the apartment if I didn’t order the transfer service?
A.

Please indicate your arrival time in the booking form and we will be waiting for your phone call around this time. You will have the address of the apartment in your booking confirmation.

Q?What if our flight or train is delayed?
A.

Our driver, if arranged through us will know if your flight is delayed. Be assured you will be met at any hour you land. However, if your flight is delayed for more than 2 hours we reserve the right to void complimentary pickup and in these instances will charge the standard $20 for Airport transfer. If you choose to arrange a cab of your own and your flight is delayed call us at phone number listed in Contacts and we will make appropriate arrangements.

Q?When is usual Check-In/Check-Out time?
A.

Check-in is from 1pm (13:00) and check-out is by noon (12:00). Earlier check-in is possible if apartment is not taken previous night.

Q?How do I pay for the apartment?
A.

An advance payment of $50 is required. This can be done with your credit card. The balance should be paid in cash on arrival for the duration of your stay. Payments in US dollars, Hrivnas, Euros or Sterlings.

Q?Is your online payment system for deposits safe?
A.

Yes. We use PayPal, an eBay company, the global leader in online payments. It has over 70 million account holders worldwide and is amongst the most secure ways of paying online. If you are not an account holder it is fast and easy to sign up.

Q?Whill I get an apartment I reserved for sure?
A.

You will get the apartment you reserved if your reservation term is 5 days or more provided the apartment is available. If your reservation less then 5 days we can not guarantee the apartment you reserved, but you will definitely get an apartment the same kind or better for the same price.

Q?What is your cancellation policy?
A.

If you don`t show up the deposit is retained. If you change your reservation dates your deposit will be valid for the new dates provided three weeks notice is given. Otherwise the deposit will be retained.

Q?Are there any hidden costs?
A.

No. The price includes rent, utilities (energy consumption), maid service before check in, maid service once every 5 days(more frequent — if requested) and VAT.

Q?Can we ask for the invoice or receipt confirming the payment?
A.

Yes, we can issue a receipt with the official stamp.

Q?Can I use my credit card in Ukraine?
A.

Yes, however, we recommend that you bring a combination of cash and credit cards. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at many restaurants, but not at all. Discovery and American Express credit card and/or Traveller Cheques are not recommended. If needed, cash advances (often with a 3-5% fee) are available at many hotels, banks and currency exchanges.
